HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse items for sale, select the item and add it to cart. After you click checkout, enter your billing details, select a payment option and your items will soon be on their way to you.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees, unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for currency exchange rates. If you are an international buyer, you will have to pay the foreign exchange rate over & above of the price.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEMS ARE REAL?
We work hard to ensure all items sold on AKISHA are 100% authentic. If we determine items you purchase are inauthentic or they are not as described, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on purchases that are in the same condition as when shipped and that do not fall within any of the categories described in the next sentence. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any items listed as “Final Sale” or “Sale”.
We do not return on purchases which are customized as per your requirement or the ceramic items.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
You have 3 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s). Following are the return guidelines:
- Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
- If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return need to be initiated.
- Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with AKISHA’s Refund Policy, be issued a refund.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

While AKISHA strongly discourages canceling orders, there are some circumstances in which we are unable to complete orders. AKISHA will make every effort to find a replacement in a timely manner, but if unsuccessful, your order will be canceled.
